Description:
Display a winning condition or prizes recieved after the battle.


Parameters:
Message : Byte (hex)
Display Time : Byte (unsigned)

0x08 to 0x2A loads a 4 bit 256x208 image (including palette) from BONUS.BIN to print on the screen.
0x00 = READY!
0x01 = READY! (buggy)
0x02 = CONGRATULATIONS! / THIS BATTLE IS COMPLETE!
